There is no way I would pass up a chance to watch this again. The music is great, but none of the tracks are particularly memorable.

I know that in the movie, the soundtrack was superb, however, I don't really remember any of the tracks. As for every other actor (Go Chang Seok, Lee Hyun Woo, Jo Yoon Hee, etc), their scenes were greatly acted out and I couldn't find a single flaw.Īs I am writing this review, it's only been about an hour since I watched the movie. His perception of Ji Hyuk was awesome, and his scenes in particular were my favourite. Kim Woo Bin isn't just popular for his good looks and stunning personality, he is, of course, a brilliant actor as well. When it comes to actors, you have absolutely nothing to worry about.
#The con artist ost movie
If you need a good action movie to watch, this movie is just perfect for you! Every scene had a reason behind it, and if any of it was cut out, some parts of the story would have been left unexplained. However, what made The Con Artists so good was that it didn't have a single boring moment. I've seen movies previously with similar story lines, and have all been a good watch. And of course, the summary of the movie is also excellent.Īlthough the story of the movie is exciting and a good watch, it's nothing new. I'm familiar with Go Chang Seok as he played a role in Kill Me, Heal Me, and Kim Woo Bin is very popular so I thought this would be a good way to start watching his works.

A movie of wasted potential, a cast that tries to give life to one-dimensional characters (and barely succeeds) and a denouement that rushes in, surprising no one.Rewatch Value 10 As I do with a lot of dramas and movies, I generally only start watching something if they either have a good story line or have actors I'm familiar with in them. Many will be watching this for Hallyu star Kim Woo-Bin, and if that's your sole motivation, by all means, this movie may satisfy. This is not to say that the piece lacks its moments -there are many well-executed and beautifully shot sequences that may have resonated more had I been remotely invested in the fate of these characters. The sacrifice of character development, interaction and audience investment for the sake of a weaving plot leaves The Technicians desperately wanting for some depth. Before this, we are expected to be invested in a character solely for his debonair ways and unfaltering bravery. 3/4 way, the writer seemed to have remembered to finally make known to the audience some glimmer of motivation for the lead Ji-Hyuk. Admittedly, the movie packs twists and turns but not enough to fully distract the audience from the dastardly surface and unequal development of its characters. Translation: if you watch it, it's all right if you don't, it's all right. It may leave you in confusion at the unsatisfactory feeling playing in your mind but apart from that, it serves nothing more. Even if this were the very first of such movies you've encountered, it would hardly take your breath away. The Technicians, although boastful of the tropes of the genre, is not one such film. The "how" of a piece can lift the most generic, trope-ridden, cookie-cutout film, book, play or what have you. But "one too many" is hardly a deterrent and, rightly so, it shouldn't be. If one were to say that there are one too many heist films, hardly anyone would disagree.
